R-5: SOPA AND PIPA

         In a world full of lights, there will be a program that controls and manipulate the situation of humans. Our mother earth is also known as cyborg mother earth how is it ironic? well, technology dominates everything in our world. Say hello to our new neighbors, computer; however there still don'ts and do's to be followed. Therefore, in our computer access there is web access  and there is the big possibility of copyright infringement for short piracy. That's why  the U.S. congress made a bill to stop piracy but websites owners are not in favor to that bill. Then, what is that bill? that is the SOPA and PIPA bill.             In this link, we can know what is the SOPA and PIPA together with their subject matters, plans and rules. Moreover, the main idea why those website owners are in hot temper because these bill will stop their websites operation in downloading, searching, posting and even providing their subscribers on having own copies on what their websites are offering. So, if that will be the scenario the open documents and free website will be vanished in the history of internet and user also the subscribers will not be visiting their websites. Thus, if the bill will be immortalized it will be the living monster in the part of the owners and living zombie in the part of the users or simply us.  The bill will going to control and monitor all the websites in prohibiting all the free services that affects the copyright and privacy  of the other companies.
           Also there is a big fine in getting unauthorized system, videos, pictures, programs and soft wares it will be a law crime in the end. So, am I against or a supporter of  this bill, actually I really like the pro and against supporters on how they view it. The bill will protect business owners from piracy and it will omit some unauthorized websites that showing explicit services. In the part of the users there is no easy and free information available to everyone and the relaxation that surfing is rendering are now gone.

          Well as for me, users and owners should have fair compliments here in bill. Due to my sill imagination these bill do not protect or just even having a little concern with these two. The bill itself, is the only one who will benefit the most because it controls both transaction and communication. The bill should be revised, staling is a crime and so piracy. I read a story or news about the lawsuit in SOPA and PIPA it says that: a man was sentenced in jail for 15-20 years because of rape and murder case while the owner of megaupload will be facing 50 years imprisonment because of piracy. How could it be possible that a rape and murder case were not so immoral if you going to compare it to piracy. Its like an oxymoron in life situation.
